Candida is a filmmaker and Director of Photography with many years experience across commercial, narrative, and artist projects. She has a sensitivity for filming architecture, people, and the spaces they inhabit – international projects include her films about Pritzker Prize winner Francis Kéré in Burkina Faso. She has recently worked with the director and playwright Zodwa Nyoni on her BBC/BFI funded film The Ancestors, and with theatre director Neil Bartlett on his surrealist art piece ROI.

Her film William Bracewell: States of Being, in a Small Space was shown as part of the exhibition Small Spaces in the City at Roca Gallery London. 3 Live Transmissions is currently showing at the National Gallery of Slovakia.
Other commissions have come from Kettles Yard, the Serpentine Gallery, and a film for the final room of Sensing Spaces: Architecture Re-Imagined at the Royal Academy of Arts.
